Usernames become permanently reserved after email verification and cannot be changed.

You retain ownership of the beats and content you upload to AfroBeatStars.
By uploading content, you confirm that you own the necessary rights to distribute and publish that content.
Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly not permitted on our platform:
- Copyright-infringing material
- Stolen beats or instrumentals
- Fraudulent or misleading content
- Malicious software or harmful files
- Content that violates applicable laws
Account Suspension & Bans
AfroBeatStars reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms of Service.
Users may also be suspended for abusive behavior, spam, copyright complaints, or activities that harm the platform or its community.
Beat Availability
We do not guarantee permanent availability of uploaded content and highly recommend that producers keep backup copies of all files.
Future Licensing Features
AfroBeatStars may introduce premium licensing, monetization tools, advertising programs, subscriptions, or marketplace features in the future.
Limitation of Liability
AfroBeatStars is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for losses, damages, or disputes arising from the use of the platform.
